Villa Dragica

Welcome to Villa Dragica, a charming holiday home located in the peaceful village in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula. This holiday home offers the perfect combination of rustic charm and modern amenities, ideal for a relaxing vacation in Istria.

The property of Villa Dragica is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy for guests. In the center of the garden, there is a swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, perfect for relaxing on warm summer days. Next to the pool, there is a covered outdoor dining area, ideal for gatherings and meals in the fresh air. For additional entertainment, guests have access to a barbecue fireplace and a table football.

At the rear of the property, there is a spacious parking area for multiple vehicles and a playground equipped with a volleyball or badminton net. Just 100 meters from the house, there is a children's playground with a slide, swings, and a seesaw – perfect for the youngest guests.

Villa Dragica consists of two separate accommodation units, rented exclusively together, with a total capacity of up to 10 guests.

Right unit: On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a sofa and TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a washing machine. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms and a shared bathroom in the hallway. An air conditioner installed in the hallway is sufficient to cool both bedrooms.

Left unit: On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a dining area with a TV, and one bedroom with a private bathroom. On the mezzanine level, there is an additional bathroom. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, one of which has its own private bathroom. An air conditioner installed in the hallway is sufficient to cool all bedrooms.

The house is located in a small and quiet village, ideal for those who want to escape the crowds and enjoy untouched nature. Situated near major roads, it serves as an excellent starting point for exploring southern Istria – from the historic city of Pula, charming towns like Vodnjan and Fažana, to the beautiful beaches along the coast.
