On the ground floor of the house, there are the one-bedroom apartment Viki, while on the first floor, there is the spacious apartment Sani with 3 bedrooms. On the second floor, you'll find apartment Evan, apartment Teo for 4 people, and apartment Goran. All apartments have their private entrance, air conditioning, and designated parking space.
The garden area is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained, offering a pool and jacuzzi available to all guests. Additionally, there is a summer kitchen equipped with seating area and fireplace, surrounded by natural greenery, perfect for relaxation in the shade or evening gatherings outdoors.
The apartment Sani is located on the first floor and covers an area of 250 m2. It consists of an air-conditioned living room with rustic furniture, a fireplace, a dining area, and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. From the hallway, you enter the bathroom with a shower. The apartment has two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and a TV, with one bedroom having its own bathroom. It also has one bedroom with a single bed. From the bedrooms and the living room, there is access to the balcony equipped with a seating area and a jacuzzi.

Unser Urlaub war sehr angenehm im Appartment Sani. Wir hätten eine Anmwerkung: nach 1 Woche wäre ein Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher wünschenswert.
Das Objekt Sani hat im Ganzen unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Highlight das Jacuzzi auf der Dachterrasse. Entspannng pur bis in die späten Abendstunden. Die Wohnung selbst war super sauber und und räumlich sehr großzügig. Hervorzuheben die bestens ausgestattete Küche. Eine Freude sie zu benutzen. Kritisch anzumerken ist allerdings, das sehr viele persönliche Dinge der eigentlichen Bewohner überall präsent sind und man so das Gefühl hat, dass sich noch jemand in der Wohnung befindet. (Hygieneartikel im Bad, Kleidung in allen Schränken und Kommoden ……..)Die Eigentümer leben selbst im Haus, was eine shöne familiäre Atmosphäre vermittelt hat, es war immer ein Ansprechpartner da, die Leute sind super nett und aufgeschlossen. Die ganze äußere Anlage ist tip top in Schuss und sehr gepflegt. Etwas schwierig die Parkplatzsituation auf dem Gelände. Sehr knapp und eng und erfordert zuweilen echt Rangierkünste. Der Pool im Garten super. Nicht optimal für Urlauber ist die Lage. Man benötigt das Auto. Weder Strand noch Ortskern, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants usw. sind nicht unmittelbar erreichbar. Wir hatten eie schöne Woche, haben alle Annehmlichkeiten der Wohnung genossen, wenngleich man natürlich gemessen am Preis viel zu wenig Zeit im Objekt verbringt. Wir würden das Haus weiter empfehlen an Leute die mobil sind, die Abwechslung lieben und genießen und entspannen wollen.
