Located just 13 km from Poreč, Casa Belladonna is a perfect blend of luxury, nature, and complete comfort. This elegant villa stretches across 260 m², distributed over two floors, and accommodates up to 8 guests. With a 52 m² heated saltwater pool, jacuzzi, and both Finnish and infrared saunas, the villa offers a complete wellness experience.

The ground floor features a bright living room with a Smart TV, comfortable sofa set, and fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen with high-quality Mehrzer cookware, and a dining area for shared meals. On the same level, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace, as well as a separate toilet.

Upstairs are three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, terrace, and Smart TV. The large double beds are decorated with Swarovski crystal details, and all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning. Guests can enjoy HBO Max, Netflix, PlayStation 5 with games, and an electric scooter. Rooms are equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors.

Outdoors, guests can relax by the heated saltwater pool, whirlpool for three persons, Finnish and infrared saunas, and a sun deck with eight loungers and a lounge area. The covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, gas grill, and Smart TV is perfect for family gatherings. A garden with Mediterranean plants and a children’s playground complete the relaxing atmosphere offered by Casa Belladonna.

The villa is energy-independent thanks to solar panels, and guests have access to Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, safe, baby cot, and high chair. The property offers six private parking spaces and a MOON charger for electric and hybrid vehicles.
