This authentic coastal stone house was completely renovated in 2026 and combines traditional charm with modern comfort, offering beautiful views of the Kvarner Bay.
The partially fenced property features a private saltwater swimming pool with optional heating, a sun terrace with loungers, an outdoor shower, a canopy for relaxing in the shade and a covered outdoor dining area beneath grapevines. Guests can prepare meals on the gas barbecue or the traditional wood and charcoal grill. A badminton or volleyball net and two private parking spaces are also available. The house, pool and garden are reserved exclusively for guests, ensuring complete privacy throughout the stay.
Villa Katarina accommodates up to 6+1 guests and consists of two separate accommodation units rented exclusively as one property.
The larger unit accommodates four guests and includes a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are two air-conditioned bedrooms with TVs, a bathroom and a balcony with panoramic sea views.
The smaller air-conditioned unit features a kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and an additional sofa bed suitable for one child, as well as a bathroom with shower.
