For the 2026 season, the villa has been enhanced with a new outdoor lounge area for relaxing and socializing as well as an outdoor kitchen, perfect for enjoying time outside and preparing meals in a pleasant setting.
The ground floor features an open-plan living area seamlessly connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate WC are also located on this level. On the first floor, four elegant bedrooms await, each with its own private bathroom, TV, and access to a terrace that offers breathtaking panoramic views.
Brseč is a charming medieval village with authentic narrow streets, well-preserved historical sites, and stunning sea views. Located near Opatija and Mošćenička Draga, it offers a perfect blend of history, nature, and pristine beaches. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore numerous hiking and cycling trails or enjoy the crystal-clear waters of one of the region’s most beautiful beaches.
