Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, but cancellation fees apply according to our Booking Conditions:
- up to 43 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking amount
- from the 42nd day before arrival: 100% of the booking amount
Can I change the arrival date or accommodation?
Changes are possible up to 43 days before arrival, subject to availability and prior written approval.
When can I check in and when do I have to check out?
Check-in and check-out times are stated in your travel documents. As a rule, check-in is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out until 10:00 a.m.
What if I arrive with more people than booked?
The number of persons may not exceed the maximum capacity stated in the accommodation description. Otherwise, the host may refuse accommodation without a refund.
Can I order additional services such as pool heating or bike rental?
Yes, upon prior request. Some services are charged separately on site.
Are pets allowed?
It depends on the property. If allowed, a surcharge applies as stated in the accommodation description.
Is charging electric cars allowed?
Charging directly from sockets or the property’s electrical system is not allowed without prior notice. It is only possible with the owner’s prior approval and at an additional cost.
How does Briskva protect my personal data?
Your data is processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We do not share it with third parties unless necessary to process your booking.
